General Conditions

3S Doors' warranty extends only to goods supplied by us and excludes disturbances caused to the building fabric. We will not assume responsibility for door failure caused by improper installation, transportation, or storage.

Goods must be checked at the time of delivery or installation. If the purchaser is not present to sign for the goods, the delivery driver or installer will inspect and mark the condition of the door. If not inspected at handover, the goods will be deemed to be accepted as in good condition.

In the unlikely event of damage, we must be notified at the time of delivery, and photographic evidence should be provided.

This limited warranty does not guarantee safety or make the premises impact-proof. It also does not cover damage caused by acts of God (e.g., high winds, floods, fire, etc.).

3S Doors agrees to repair or replace any defective or damaged product at our discretion, in the form originally supplied.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers parts only and excludes any labour or fitting costs. Replacement items will be supplied by 3S Doors, and any failure arising from exclusions will be charged at the applicable cost.

This warranty is for the original buyer and is not transferable to subsequent homeowners.

Remedy of Faults

If a fault is found in a product, the buyer's exclusive remedy is to either:

  • Repair the defective component
  • Provide a replacement product
  • Refund the original purchase price

Repaired or replaced products will carry the remaining balance of the original warranty. If a product or spare part is unavailable at the time of remedial work, an alternative of equal quality and market value will be provided.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is governed by the laws of England. Disputes under this warranty will be resolved through mutually agreeable mediation.

The maximum liability of 3S Doors is limited to the purchase price of the product, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

All products are sold "as is," and 3S Doors disclaims any implied warranties. The entire risk regarding the quality and performance of the goods is with the buyer.

If the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties is not permitted by English law, the duration of such warranties will be no longer than the warranty stated herein.
